Naked man spotted walking on the street in broad daylight

A Cambodian Facebook user has posted some pictures of a man walking along the street in Siem Reap town after a heavy rain. The naked man was walking on the street like a normal person with clothes on.

According to the poster, the man was asking where the police were and was walking across the rock bridge, a busy area in the city, where police have always been seen at the other end of the bridge waiting to pull over people who disobey the traffic law.
