Newly constructed traffic tunnel at Concorde junction in Imo state, which was built to improve traffic flow and reduce incidents has gone to 'hell'.
Just a few days after the rains fell, the road, which was unveiled with much pomp and pageantry, now looks more like a muddy swimming pool, rather than a road.
Some Nigerians have expressed shock as they believe the tunnel was constructed with substandard materials.
