Nigeria’s DJ Xclusive and other African Billionaires spending almost £4million on London Properties Every Week

Nigeria’s DJ Xclusive, billionaires Folorunsho Alakija and Dangote have been listed among the wealthy African buyers, spending almost £4million on London property every week.

London's reputation for having a residential property market, which is secure and a stable investment, is one of the main reasons wealthy Africans are buying, according to Beauchamp Estates.

As a matter of fact, Mrs. Alakija allegedly owns 5 apartments at the exclusive One Hyde Park apartments,  worth £81 Million while DJ Xclusive has also invested property in the capital.

In a new report by Daily Mail, these wealthy African buyers spend almost £4million on London property every week.
