An Old lady once told me, There is no One without a problem, "your problem is not the problem, the problem is how you manage your problem" so!, before you transfer aggressions to people, or say Ugly things Out of your frustrations, do remember that, that person has his/her problems too!.
Initially it will seem like doing things out of anger is gonna reduce your problems, the sad truth is, you just made your problems worse, all problems are manageable, no one said it was gon be easy, most problems go away while some fades as one get's use to managing it and that my friend!, is living.
Humans are imperfect and most of our problems today are caused by past mistakes like it or not, though wickedness exists but! Be assured 99% percents of what ever problem u face today was caused by you.
KNOW WHO YOU ARE!, Knowing yourself helps you manage your problems, know your problem And Face the problem,
Never tell yourself a lie, Don't pretend to yourself,
Never do anything to the extreme ,
Never run away.
Being depressed is not a very bad thing, the only bad thing is being depressed all the time.. If you are depression this means you acknowledge you hav a problem and that is a starting point, the alone time you have during depression makes you think, and helps You in making an honest decision about your problem.. Most people cry or eat a lot, during depression 'this is healthy' especially 'crying' «give yourself a break» you are human..
