Bags of Rice allegedly is being distributed courtesy of the National Patron of Transformation for a Better Nigeria and Minister of Petroleum...Mrs Dieziani Alison Madueke. Heard the PDP National Youth Vanguard have been visiting neighbourhoods with truckload full of rice.
