When Discipline Goes Too Far: See What A Principal Did To This Student's Butt

The extremes some of these school officials go in terms of punishment.

Principal of Government College Ughelli, Delta State, Mr Vincent Osi, may have just crossed the line between discipline and abuse in a very big way.  See full story and graphic photo after the jump: 

According to a report from Bassey James, the student in question by the name of Oruma Osi got into a fight with a fellow student over the use of his spoon. As punishment to the crime, Mr. Vincent took out a cane, told Oruma to lie on a table and gave him 100 lashes which left permanent marks on the poor student's buttocks.
