This morning the Abuja Court of Appeal threw out Senate President Bukola Saraki’s appeal to stop his corruption trial.
The embattled president is playing one final move to stop the case from proceeding by heading to the Supreme Court to challenge his trial.
The latest development was made known by Saraki’s lead lawyer, Mohammed Mogaji who revealed that Senator Saraki would file a further appeal at the Supreme Court.
