Lil Kim Performs Another Plastic Surgery, New Face Looks Different From Her Old Face Before Her Original Face

Lil Kim looks way different from the rapper we remember years back. She has obviously undergone quite a number of plastic surgery procedures and is now recognizable!

She performed at the BOOM Bash 2015 concert in Philadelphia last night and wore an unflattering all black onesie that highlighted her body…in the wrong way!

Lil Kim has had a few different faces since she hoped on the scene over 20 years ago, we don’t expect her to look like she did at 18 but with the look she has now she needs to get a refund from the surgeon that did to her.
